We finally got the new song End Of The World and couple of new promopics online at www.myspace.com/manzanaband

This is the first song from the forthcoming new album....

The single will be out officially next week, I think, I´m not sure, sorry =) But we´ll put links when it happens !! We also shot a video for this new song last week, it was REALLY a lot of fun! I was flying in the air and all scary stuff, but just FUN.
We had the greates team . Thank you Markus, Jape,Mia,Kitte, Kikka, Markus 2. and Pepe ect !!

British melodic metal magazine Fireworks # 31 includes Negative, To Die For and Manzana in their Rock Scandinavia part! Review of the Manzana album Nothing as Whole As A Broken Heart will be on too.

Nitro-Babe Photoshoot & Studio Diary

Hello!

I did a Photo Shoot for Nitro - Babe last week, it is a cool underground clothing store in Tampere. It was a lot of fun, I was wearing heels like real women, and the dresses were lovely. I just had a terrible back ache the next day since I fell on the ice trying to hold on to the walk on my way home heh. Better stick with my  converses and army boots in real life !

I saw the forecoming poster of the store yesterday, I´m lying on my back in it lookin like I´m suffering with a line " Oh no, now I just have to get all of those dresses" or something like that. Funny.

Recordings of the new Manzana album are going on, yesterday  we worked on s song called Wash My Sins Away, quite a goth piece of metal there. I just don´t find the way how to sing it since it´s real low key, sounds like work to figure it out!  Klasu and Henkka have been arranging the guitars and Heikki will be recording some drums in a few weeks, since he´s been busy recording Diablos new stuff at the Fantom Studio. We´re getting things done and feeling good about the new stuff!

We scheduled the videoshoot too now, it will be shot on 23 rd of February somewhere in Ylöjärvi, and the single will be out March 5 th. Jipii!

We also played a gig at a private party in Turenki last weekend, it was a birthday of a four guys who just wanted to throw a big party! Thank you folks,especially Matso. It was great fun having a metal disco with you guys and hello Musta Joutsen ! You rocked, especially miss Katriina.

End Of The World

Hello this is Piritta!         ( me singing End Of The World on tuesday)

The first single from the new album is now ready! It´s called End Of The World and it will be out in the end of February! We´re also shooting a video for it before that.Jipii! It is quite a rocky piece of Manzana, but good. Tells about getting enough of being treated like and idiot. Some girl revenge stuff on the way.... =) I hope you guys are gonna like it!

Henkka called me tuesday morning from Akun Tehdas, that I still have to come a change something for the song. He´s been quite tough on us in the studio lately, so I was a bit worried. So I drove up there, sang the line and came home. Wednesday nite my skype told me to receive the mixed MP3 of the song. Fast delivery! Now we have to start working on the video stuff. We have a director and the idea already and the label boys are working on it.The hardest part for me is........ok, I say it , even tough it might ruin my rock- credibility, not that I´m sure if I´ve had any to begin with , so maybe it doesn´t matter, I say it. Hardest part is to decide WHAT TO WEAR on the video.

Manzana : Falling To Pieces

This video is for Manzas song Falling To Pieces, released in November 2006. It was the first single from the  album Nothing As Whole As A Broken Heart. Song was on Finlands official chart number 2. in December 2006 and January 2007. The Album Nothing ... went on Finnish chart number 24. when published in March 2007. Now the album has been released in 21 countries.

New Manzana music, single called End Of The Word  will be out in February! It will be the first single from Manzanas  new, yet unnamed album. Stay Tuned and utill then, and listen to Falling To Pieces and other Manzana songs at Myspace!
